In an innovative, closed-loop recycling partnership in northwestern Vermont, Champlain College sends sensitive paper waste materials to SecurShred, the shredded material is then baled and delivered to Essity’s mill, where it’s converted into the pulp used to make Tork brand 100% recycled paper hygiene products. Foley Distributing then picks up the Tork products and delivers them back to Champlain, where they are used in the campus’ restrooms and dining halls. A full circle.
