QIU NINGYU's comment, May 20, 4:49 AM
Germany’s development in generating energy from renewable sources is really amazing. I think this breakthrough is really important and meaningful to mankind. It shows how things can work out differently when people care and when effort is put in. Although credit is also given to the wind and sunlight in the last week of April to generate this stunning statistic, efforts made by the Germans have to be acknowledge as well. This is a stentorian voice to the rest of the world that save the Earth by converting to renewable sources for energy is not a vagary anymore, maybe it would not come in the near future, like three to five years, it would eventually come true with enough care and effort from mankind.

Opportunities for plastics in a circular world | The EcoPlum Daily | Scoop.it
As world population increases, so does the consumption of resources as economies expand. Without arguing about whether some or all of these resources are finite, it is clear to many that to the extent we can recover material which has become waste after its initial use, the more likely we are to sustainably carry out those activities of consumption in the years to come.
